Family Strength Associates, Inc. (FSA) is a non-profit community based organization established in 1996 to improve the lives of children through training and social support. Our mission is to assist in the restoration and maintenance of the family unit so that the family can become a self-sustaining productive component of society. Our purpose is to provide instruction and guidance to adults and organizations that are directly involved in the growth and development of children and families. FSA focuses on the two main areas of Professional Development and Family Development. Professional Development
Family Strength Associates, provides effective instruction and technical assistance for adults (teachers, youth leaders, childcare providers, parents, and professionals) working with children between birth and 18 years to become more effective in their responsibilities with children in the 21st century.
Family Development
Family Strength Associates provides skill development instruction and consulting to parents and children to build and strengthen the family unit. Parents in the 21st century can always use assistance with guiding their children through difficult stages of development. Parents definitely need support to develop relationships with spouses, teachers, and other significant people in both the parents’ and children’s lives.
